Our Workflow?

Each project is approached with a focus on the businesses requirements, however the below workflow gives you an idea of what to expect from us.

Discovery

During DISCOVERY we discuss your initial requirements, complete a survey of your site, work with you to identify points of detection, explore any integrations that are required with existing systems and determine audio visual locations.

Assess

From the information created within the discovery phase our fixed technical team will ASSESS the correct hardware to suit these requirements allowing for any future expansion.

Propose

Our PROPOSE phase is where a detailed proposal is prepared including specifications & pricing for all hardware together with labour elements such as Installation & Commissioning. We will also detail the ongoing service provision requirements of the proposed solution.

Agree

Complete understanding of the proposal is vitally important to our customers, this is why we discuss all the options from the propose stage and AGREE on the final solution.

Plan

PLAN is where our project managers and coordinators procure the required hardware then work with you to schedule delivery and installation dates, allocate engineers, arrange for site inductions where necessary and submit RAMS

Implement

During the Implement stage our Engineering Project team will manage the installation of your new gas detection safety solution working with you and our installers to ensure the finished project meets our exacting standards. The IMPLEMENT phase is concluded with the commissioning of the system, handover and any agreed user training.

Support

Our SUPPORT is not finished when your project is complete as subject to a gas detection service contract our support and service engineers will ensure your system remains in peak condition for many years to come. We carry out all periodic calibration and servicing and replace sensors in line with lifespans to reduce any chance of unplanned downtime.
